Ask/ invite the Teacher(s) to guide you. You can use their name(s) or not, as you wish. If you use their name; use their full name including titles. Always, as a sign of respect.
Recall some event or person or relationship that helps you feel love. Allow it to fill you heart.
Don’t be perfectionist, just allow the sense of love to come in.
Allow the thinking mind to become like an empty screen of a TV.
If a thought-experience-picture arises bring it into the heart. Immerse and surround it with the love you have – whether ‘good’ or ‘bad’.
Do not be concerned whether it dissolves immediately or lingers. Allow it to remain immersed in the love
If you can, get a sense of one or both Teachers standing nearby. Open yourself to them. Invite them to guide and support you.
Allow different spaces and atmospheres to come and go. Always surround /immersing them within love.
In time you will find a part of you returning to sense the presence of the Teacher(s). Allow this, allow the Teacher(s) in.
When you have done the 20 or 40 0r 60 minutes that you intended; very slowly open your eyes. Give yourself time to come back. Acknowledge the Teacher(s) when you finish.

For some people and at some points in our journey, the mind and emotional self can become very disturbed or overactive. At times we are very distracted when we attempt to meditate. There is a menu point entitled about pray/med processes. Under that menu point will be a ‘drop-down’ entitled: ‘When it is difficult’. Feel free to integrate strategies mentioned there.
